HD370 7.1CH HDMI Audio Separation Converter Manual

This HDMI audio separation converter helps you synchronize and separate the digital audio from the HDMI signal to the SPDIF fiber output, while converting the LPCM digital audio stream through an internal high-quality DAC to output multi-channel analog audio to your power amplifier. Supports a variety of LPCM digital audio signal conversion, such as 2CH, 5.1CH, and 7.1CH. It can be connected with HDMI HD output of DVD players, Blu-ray machines, network players, set-top boxes, PS2, PS3, Xbox360, PC and many other entertainment devices.

Connection and Operation:

• 1. Connect the HDMI output of the DVD/BD HDMI to the HDMI input of the converter using an HDMI cable.
  2. Connect the HDMI output of the converter to the HDMI input of the TV/monitor using an HDMI cable.
  3. When digital audio is required, connect the Optical output end of the converter to the optical input end of the power amplifier through an optical cable.
  4. If analog audio is required, connect the multi-channel analog audio to the power amplifier analog audio input through the RCA audio cable. Note that the audio channels correspond to each other. To connect a TV or stereo power amplifier, simply connect the FL/FR channels and switch the audio mode to 2CH mode.
  5. If the input audio source is LPCM, set the audio mode switch to Multi mode. According to the audio source LPCM comes with multi-channel separation from Lotus output. Note: This machine is not a decoder, only support LPCM format separation, DTS and AC3 can only output source code through optical fiber.
  6. Connect the DC head of the power adapter to the DC input end of the converter, and then plug the adapter into the power socket.
