Instructions for the first time the device is used online

Step 1: Device wired networking (recommended this way, wired connection is more stable and convenient, such as the router distance can refer to the wireless networking method below)

Connect the router to the RJ45 (LAN) port of the streaming media player through a network cable. If DNS is enabled on the router by default, the streaming media player can automatically obtain an IP address and complete networking. (The RJ45 network port indicator is on)

Step 2: Software push (open support for third-party players)
PS: Make sure that the WIFI signal connected to the phone and the streaming media player are assigned IP by a DNS router on the same LAN.

Apple phone can be pulled down – open the “Control Center” interface, use the system’s built-in Airplay push (all music playback can be pushed)

QQ Music is recommended for Android or Apple users, and Qplay supports pushing online music list (Quitting QQ music or wechat voice or small video after mobile push will not affect music playback).
1, open the mobile phone QQ music – click “my” in the lower right corner – click the upper right corner to set the icon picture – enter
QQ Music Settings – Find “Qplay Device Management” – Turn on Qplay and return. (Open it, no need to set the speaker)

2. Go back to the music playing interface – Click: – Expand menu – click device launch – Select QPlay push mode – Click Connect WIFI playing device
(WR320-xxx or WS350-xxx or WD850-xxx) can push the playback

The first method of online networking: Download APP wizard networking, please identify the icon “Legacy Player”
1. Download the Legacy Player App from the “App Store” of the Apple phone and follow the wizard to connect.

2. For Android phones, please search for “MUZO Player” in the app store.

APP Wizard networking operation icon:

1. Open WiiM Player /MUZO player and click “Add Device”

2. Click to add other MuZO-compatible speakers

3. Click BUSH — Settings (Android phones can directly enter the WIFI Settings list, Apple phones please switch to the phone – “Settings” – “wireless LAN” – select network)

5. Select the WIFI signal point connection of “WR320-xxx or WS350-xxx or WD850-xxx” (If no network is displayed on the connection, please select Hold, be sure not to switch to another network).

5. When you return to the APP, it will show that a device has been found. Click Add Device.

7. Go to “Select Network”, find the 2.4G WIFI signal of your home router in the displayed WIFI list, click and fill in the corresponding WIFI password (be sure to enter it correctly and pay attention to case sensitivity), and click Continue.

8. Go to the connecting page — connection success point — Next — Device name — top right corner of the point, enter the connected device will be displayed. (For iPhone, please log out of the APP- go to the phone Settings, switch the network back to the 2.4G WIFI on your home router, and then re-enter the MUZO player APP to display the connected device).

9. When adding another device, when the device power indicator is steady green, enter the MUZO player APP device list and wait for connection. When connected, it will show the same as the first device.

Be sure to set up wireless networking in WIFI mode,

WR320/WS350 model (indicator light is steady green) Turn on the device and automatically enter WiFi mode after 20 seconds. It will blink for 15 seconds when entering WiFi mode. The green light is steady on in WIFI mode. Mobile phone connected to their own router 2.4GWIFI.

The WD850 device automatically turns on when powered on, and the speaker automatically enters WiFi mode after 20 seconds. The mode indicator changes from blinking green at fast intervals to blinking green at slow intervals. Turn on the WiFi switch of the mobile phone and connect the WD850-xxx wireless WiFi network signal. (If there is no operation within two minutes, the WD850_xxx signal will be automatically hidden, you can long press the REST key behind the machine (5 seconds) to reset the network or restart the machine.)

Common problems:

Q1. The phone cannot search for the device

1, please ensure that the mobile phone and the streaming media player in the same LAN (the same router DNS). 2, the mobile phone connection is the same 2.4G WIFI signal.

Q2, music jam when wireless networking

Please confirm to enter the MUZO player APP- click on the picture -” Device Information “- view the “WIFI signal strength”, ensure that the signal is greater than 80%, if the signal strength is less than this value, it is easy to cause network interference, please consider changing the location of the device or router, or use wired networking)

Q3, MUZO and Cool dog play normally, but QQ music always automatically jumps to the next song.

Please check as follows.

1, try to change another mobile phone to play QQ music, if the replacement of the mobile phone is normal, please delete the original mobile phone QQ music, uninstall and restart the mobile phone and reinstall the latest version.

2, Change the mobile phone will not work, please check whether multiple DHCP servers in the LAN are enabled to automatically assign IP addresses (devices include: home optical cat, primary router, sub-router, WIFI AP, etc.).

3. If you are not familiar with the network, you can minimize the network first, connect the streaming media player to the main router, and turn off all other branch network devices. After confirming that QQ Music can be used normally, you can turn on other devices successively, and then reset the network devices that cause the abnormal cause of QQ Music. The reason for this problem is that QPlay of QQ Music is secondary development on DLAN, which is more smooth and convenient to use than DLAN (support list push). But the network requirements are also higher, streaming media is continuous play, different from watching browsing web breakpoint continued transmission. When multiple DHCP servers on the network conflict with each other, QPlay considers the network connection invalid and automatically jumps to the next piece of music in the list.

Q4. WIFI password setting and hiding method:

1. First, enter the device list interface and click the Set button icon.

2. Enter the Settings screen and tap device information.

3. Click the Open password button and set the WIFI password successfully.

4. If AP function is not required, it is recommended to hide or encrypt the WIFI signal of the box after wired networking.
