About Device 5.1 hard decode
To achieve a true 5.1 surround effect, one of the following three things is required:
1. Film source: downloaded DTS Dolby AC-3 format movies, music files. 5.1 game console online 5.1 movie music channel.
2. Playing equipment: SONY PS2,PS3,PS4, Microsoft XBOX360 XBOX ONE game console with optical fiber output with HDMI, optical fiber, coaxial (S/PDF) output DVD Blu-ray player, hard disk player, computer, TV, set-top box, TV box, projector, etc.
3. Speaker or power amplifier equipment: 5.1 power amplifier 5.1 active speaker with 5.1 analog lotus port 3.5MM port input. Or a 5.1 power amplifier that can be put together as a separate 6-channel.
Player source Settings:
Player, audio device must be set to “source” (each manufacturer has different representations, there are source SPD | F number, bitstream, passthrough, automatic, RAW, etc.) to lose file; Decoded to the decoder, separated 6 channels through 5.1 Lotus port output.

Equipment connection debugging:
1. Install and tighten the Bluetooth antenna. Connect the 12V/1A power adapter (please check the power specifications, do not use non-standard power supplies) to the HD920PRO decoder DC power input port, and then plug the adapter into the indoor power outlet.
2. Connect the 5.1 or 2.0 audio (FL/FR) outlet of the HD920PRO decoder to the 5.1 or 2.0 power amplifier or INPUT of the speaker through the Lotus RCA cable. Switch the power amplifier to the corresponding 5.1 channel DTS or AC-3 input or AUX (please refer to the text next to the interface of the machine for specific mode selection and connection).

3. Bluetooth INPUT mode: Turn on HD920, switch to the Bluetooth mode (BLUE INPUT), open the mobile phone Bluetooth search device, click the Bluetooth name (HD920) to pair, the connection is displayed successfully, open the mobile phone music player to play music.
Unpaired: Delete all connected Bluetooth device records from your phone or tablet. Restart the phone or tablet to restore the Bluetooth driver and reconnect the device.
4. It is strongly recommended to debug and connect the speaker through Bluetooth mode to ensure that the power amplifier or speaker is properly connected to the HD920 decoder and makes sound. If any exception occurs, please refer to the video and connect the speaker FL or FR to the decoder output 6 ports one by one. Check that decoder output is normal before switching to another mode.
5. HDMI input mode: Connect the HDMI output of the player and the HDMI1 or HDMI2 input of the HD920 through the HDMI cable, and the HDMI OUT output of the HD920 is connected to the HDMI display, TV, projection and other devices to display images. Switch the HD920 to the HDMI1 or HDMI2 mode corresponding to the input cable.
6. Fiber or COAXIAL INPUT mode connecting the fiber or coaxial outlet of the player or television to the OPTICAL INPUT or coaxial input port of the HD920 via the fiber audio cable or 75 euro audio cable coaxial. Set the TV’s audio output to fiber or coaxial output, and switch the HD920 to fiber or coaxial input.
7, HDMI(ARC) audio return function, please use 19+1 core HDMI standard audio cable, the TV HDMI ARC interface and HD920 HDMI OUT(ARC) interface connection, the TV audio output for HDMI ARC output, The HD920 switches to the HDMI ARC input (ARC).
8. For USB flash drive playback, please first format the USB flash drive or check whether the USB flash drive is FAT32 format 16bit, copy the audio file to the USB flash drive, you can set up a level folder classification copy. Insert it into the USB port of the decoder and play it. Switch the USB input mode of the HD920.
9, USB-PC computer sound card, please switch the HD920 decoder into USB-PC input, with USB cable to connect the computer USB and USB decoder USB connection, you can normally install the computer sound card driver.

10, AUX stereo input, through the lotus head or 3.5 audio cable audio source device connected to the HD920 decoder AUX red and white interface input. The HD920 switches to AUX input (AUX).
Note: AUX input only supports 5.1CH output, not coaxial fiber output.
The output channel can be switched in two ways:
First: you can enter through the SETUP key of the remote control, which is Settings. Press the down key to find the output Settings, and then press the left and right key to switch the six output switches of 2.0——-5.1
Second: you can long press our volume button to enter, short press the volume button after entering, go down to find the output setting, and then rotate the volume button to switch 2.0——-5.1 six kinds of output switching.
Channel volume separate adjustment method:
1. Press the SETUP button of the remote control, or long press the volume button for three seconds to enter
2. Adjust the size of the left and right keys, and adjust the corresponding parameters by the up and down keys.

5.1 Interface connection method
Remote control learning key function operation description:
1. Hold down the OK key for about 3 seconds. The red LED indicator is steady on to enter the learning state.
2. Press the required learning button, and the LED flashes to enter the learning receiving state.
3. The two remote control transmitting heads are 1-3 cm apart. After alignment, press the button on the TV remote control that you want to learn and keep for about 2 seconds to release.
4. After learning successfully, the LED flashes three times quickly and then keep it on.
5. Repeat steps 2-3 until you have learned all the required learning keys of the TV remote control.
6. If you do not perform any operation after learning, the learning state will automatically exit after about 1 minute. If the learning key cannot operate the TV, repeat Steps 1-3 to learn again.
Note: The two remote controls must be kept stable and do not shake when learning operations.

Troubleshooting and troubleshooting methods:
Before powering on, check the connection line carefully and ensure that all interfaces are properly connected.
Common troubleshooting methods are as follows:
1 No power
1. Check whether the power plug is fully inserted
2. Please check whether the POWER button of the power switch is on
2 No Sound
1. Check whether the input signal source is on and properly connected
2. Check whether the signal source channel selection corresponds to the cable interface
3. Check whether the corresponding indicator blinks. Blinking indicates no signal input
4. Confirm whether the input audio signal format is supported by the product
5. Make sure that the power amplifier has been started and correctly connected to the machine
6. Confirm the volume Settings of decoder and power amplifier and whether it has been muted
7. Whether the sound of the signal source device is set as the corresponding output signal
3 Noise or sound is abnormal
1. Confirm whether the input audio signal format is supported by the product
2. Check whether the decoder analog output and power amplifier output are connected correctly
3, confirm that the connection line is intact and reliable connection, do not put the device on metal objects.
4, unplug all the input lines, only retain the audio output line connected to the speaker or headset, Bluetooth or U disk to play the audio source test, such as noise disappeared, and then access the input device in turn, when a device to a noise that check the problem of the equipment, this situation is mostly caused by equipment leakage electrostatic.
4 does not have 5.1 surround effect
1. Check whether the sound source is 5.1 format or DTS/AC3 format
2. Check whether the sound Settings of the playback device are source output or RAW external decode output
3. If the TV is connected to ARC or fiber coaxial, please set the TV output to RAW data or source code output
5 Unable to Operate
1. The button cannot be operated: please re-energize and try again
2, the remote control can not operate: within 10M barrier-free operation, check whether the remote control battery is installed or inverted, battery power is used up (please replace the battery)
3. Press the remote control button. If the remote control head flashes, it indicates that the remote control works
6 Bluetooth wireless pairing
• Make sure the product is in pairing mode
• Ensure that the product is within range of the matching device (contact the phone first when it is near the device)
• Delete all connected Bluetooth device records from your phone or tablet. Restart the phone or tablet to restore the Bluetooth driver and reconnect the device.
• When the distance is too short or the connection fails to be interrupted, please check whether there is too much interference from 2.4G wireless devices around the environment (such as WiFi signal, wireless mouse, other Bluetooth devices, etc.).
• Please do not place the device on metal objects. When the signal is interfered or blocked, it may also cause the phenomenon of sound interruption/stutter.
Usb disk is not recognized? The USB flash drive partition table can be changed to mbr
The original USB flash disk is in MBR format, but now for use in one-button startup installation system, part of the USB flash disk is changed to default GPT(GUI format in partition form). When the decoder device does not recognize GUI format of the USB flash disk, we need to convert the format to MBR format, and the conversion method is as follows (as shown in the figure).
1. DiskGenius is a super hard disk partitioning tool that can switch USB flash drives back to MBR format. Download it to local installation: (Please refer to the instructions on the original official website carefully to avoid damage to the USB flash drive). 2. After the USB flash drive is connected to the computer, the files in the USB flash drive are copied to the computer’s local hard drive for backup.
3, the reference picture will format the U disk to MBR format, select a partition, FTA32 format.
4. After format conversion. Just copy the audio file to a USB flash drive.
