About Device 5.1 Hard decode

To achieve a true 5.1 surround effect, one of the following three things is required:
1. Film source: There are downloaded DTS Dolby AC-3 format movies, music files. 5.1 game console online 5.1 movie music channel.
2. Playback equipment: SONY PS2,PS3,PS4, Microsoft XBOX360 XBOX ONE game console with optical fiber, coaxial (S/PDF) output DVD Blu-ray player, hard disk player, computer, TV, set-top box, TV box, projector, etc.
3. Speaker or power amplifier equipment: 5.1 power amplifier 5.1 active speaker with 5.1 analog lotus port 3.5MM port input. Or a 5.1 amplifier that can be put together as a separate 6-channel speaker.

Player source Settings:
Player audio source equipment must be set to “source code” (manufacturers have different ways of expression, source code SPD|F digital, bit stream, transparent transmission, automatic,RAW, etc.) input; Decoded to the decoder, separated 6 channels through 5.1 lotus port output.

Device connection debugging:
1. Install and tighten the Bluetooth antenna. Connect the 12V/1A power adapter (please check the power specifications, do not use non-standard power supplies) to the HD815 decoder DC power input port, and plug the adapter into an indoor power outlet.

2. Connect the 5.1 or 2.0 audio (FL/FR) output of the HD815 decoder to the corresponding 5.1 or 2.0 power amplifier or INPUT of the speaker through the Lotus RCA cable, and switch the power amplifier to the corresponding 5.1 channel DTS or AC-3 input or AUX input; (Please refer to the text next to the interface of the machine for specific mode selection and connection).

3, long press the INPUT key to power on, power on about 15 seconds left will hear the power tone, after the blue light starts normally, then do the key operation selection.

4, Bluetooth input mode:

1) Switch to Bluetooth mode by pressing INPUT or remote control switch button (BT light on)

2) Open the phone Bluetooth search device, click the Bluetooth name (HD815) to pair, the connection is successful,

3) Turn on the mobile phone music player and click to play music.

PS: Unable to pair, delete all connected Bluetooth device records from your phone or tablet device. Restart the phone or tablet to restore the Bluetooth driver of the device and reconnect the device.

5.it is strongly recommended to debug and connect the speaker through Bluetooth mode to ensure that the power amplifier or speaker is correctly connected to the HD815 decoder and sound. If an exception occurs, please refer to the video of the HD820 and connect the speaker FL or FR to the decoder output six ports one by one. Check that the decoder output is normal before switching to another mode.

6. fiber or COAXIAL INPUT mode, through the fiber optic audio cable or 75 euro coaxial audio cable to the player or TV fiber or coaxial output to the HD815 OPTICAL INPUT or coaxial input port, Set the TV’s audio output to fiber or COAXIAL source output, and the HD815 switches to fiber (OPTICAL light) or coaxial input (COAXIAL light).

7, HDMI(ARC) audio return function, please use 19+1 core HDMI standard HDMI cable, the TV HDMI ARC interface and HD815 HDMI OUT(ARC) interface connection, the TV audio output for HDMI ARC source output, The HD815 switches to the HDMI ARC input (ARC light).

8, USB flash drive play, please first format the USB flash drive or check whether the USB flash drive is FAT32 format 16bit, copy the audio file to the USB flash drive, you can build a folder classification copy. The recommended bit rate is 2000kbps or below (normal CD-level sound quality is 1411.2kbps). Plug into the decoder USB port to play, switch the HD815 USB input mode (USB light).

9, USB-PC computer sound card, please switch the HD815 decoder to PC-USB input (PC-USB light), connect the computer USB and decoder PC-USB connection with USB cable, you can install the computer sound card driver normally.

Remote learning key function Operation description:
1. Hold down the “OK” key for about 3 seconds. The red LED is on to enter the learning state.
2. Press the required learning button, and the LED flashes to enter the learning receiving state.
3. The two remote control launching heads are 1-3 cm apart. After alignment, press the button on the TV remote control to learn and keep it for about 2 seconds to release.
4. After learning successfully, the LED quickly flashes three times and continues to keep bright.
5. Repeat steps 2-3 until the TV remote control needs to learn all the keys.
6. If you do not perform any operation after learning, the learning state will automatically exit after about 1 minute. If the learning key cannot operate the TV, repeat steps 1-3 to learn again.
7. Note: During the learning operation, the two remote controls must be kept stable and must not shake.

Troubleshooting and troubleshooting methods:

Before powering on, you should carefully check whether the connection line is normal, and you must ensure that all interfaces are correctly connected.

Common troubleshooting methods are as follows:

6	Bluetooth wireless pairing	• Make sure the product is in pairing mode • Ensure that the product is within range of the matching device (the phone is connected to the device first) • Delete all connected Bluetooth device records from your phone or tablet device. Restart the phone or tablet to restore the Bluetooth driver of the device and reconnect the device. • When the distance is too short or the connection is not successful, please check whether there is too much interference from 2.4G wireless devices around the environment (such as WiFi signal, wireless mouse, other Bluetooth devices, etc.). • Please do not place the device on metal objects. When the signal is interfered with or blocked, it may also cause sound interruption/stuttering.

Note: U disk is not recognized? The USB flash drive partition table can be changed to mbr

The USB flash drive was originally in MBR format, and now in order to use the one-click start installation system, some of the USB flash drive is changed to the default GPT(partition form is GUI format). When the decoder device does not recognize the GUI format USB flash drive, we need to convert the format to MBR format, and the conversion method is as follows (see Figure).

1. DiskGenius is a super hard disk partitioning tool that can switch U disks back to MBR format. Download to the local installation: (Please refer to the original official website carefully to avoid damage to the USB flash drive). DiskGenius website: https://www.diskgenius.cn/download.php

2. After connecting the U disk to the computer, copy the files in the U disk to the computer’s local hard disk for backup.

3, the reference picture will format the U disk into MBR format, select a partition, FTA32 format.

4, after the format conversion. Copy the audio file to the USB flash drive.
