Operation steps:

Connection description:

1. Insert the BT530 adapter into a common PC (Windows 8.1/10/11), and the Bluetooth icon is displayed in the lower right corner of the desktop.

2. When the Bluetooth speaker is powered on and entered the pairing mode, right-click the Bluetooth icon to add the device and search for connecting the Bluetooth speaker;

3. After the connection is successful, set it to the default audio player. Just play music.

Common problems and Solutions

Q1: What operating system does the product support? Do I need to install a driver?

A1: This product supports Windows 8.1/10/11 drive free, other systems do not support, different systems use, installation and pairing operation is slightly different.

Q2: Does USB adapter support simultaneous connection of multiple devices?

A2: Supports simultaneous connection with five different types of devices. Bluetooth devices of the same type can only be paired with one connection, such as Bluetooth headset/speaker, Bluetooth keyboard, Bluetooth mouse, and Android phone

Q3: Why can’t the Bluetooth icon be displayed when inserting the host?

A3: Check whether the Bluetooth switch is enabled. Perform the following operations: Insert the adapter – Start menu in the lower left corner of the computer – Settings (WIN+I) – Bluetooth and Other devices – Turn on Bluetooth – Display more devices – More Bluetooth Settings – Check the Display Bluetooth icon in the notification area

On the Bluetooth icon at the lower right corner of the computer, right-click – Add Bluetooth device – Add device – Bluetooth (mouse, keyboard, pen, audio device, controller, etc.) – click the name of the device to be connected.

Q4: Can’t you find the Bluetooth device that needs to be connected?

A4: When pairing your Bluetooth device with this product, first make sure that your Bluetooth device (Bluetooth headset/mouse, etc.) has not been connected to the computer, and make sure that after they are turned on and enter the Bluetooth pairing state, they can be searched by the mobile phone.

Q5: If the computer has Bluetooth function, can we use our Bluetooth adapter?

A5: Yes. This Bluetooth adapter can solve the problem that the computer has no Bluetooth function or the computer Bluetooth version is too low. If the computer has Bluetooth function, you need to disable the Bluetooth in the system first, and then use the BT530 Bluetooth 5.3 adapter. Otherwise, the later inserted Bluetooth adapter will become a driver with an exclamation mark (driver exception).

Disable built-in Bluetooth operation: Disable built-in Bluetooth in Device Manager (right click Disable driver) and reinsert the new Bluetooth adapter.

Q6: Can it connect with PS/XBOX/Switch Pro and other game controllers?

A6: Support the connection of XBOX ONES, PS controllers and Switch Pro game controllers. Some game controllers require the PC to install STEAM and other special platform apps

Q7: Does the Bluetooth adapter support Android TV?

A7: Not supported. Bluetooth adapter only supports Windows 8.1 and above systems, and does not support the use of TV, audio and other USB devices

Q8: Does it work on Apple devices?

A8: No. Devices such as Mac OS and IOS do not support file transfer due to Mac OS/ IOS
