Troubleshooting

Adapter Not Working Properly?

  1. Check if the device’s battery is low. Connect the charging cable and try turning it on again. The indicator light should light up when the device is on.
  2. If unable to search for Bluetooth devices (Bluetooth headphones or speakers), check if the device is in search pairing state. The “BT” light should be fast blinking (3 times per second) for search pairing state. Refer to the connection methods in the functional operations section.
  3. Determine the device’s working mode and status based on the LED indicators.
  4. If there is no sound after connection, check if the audio interface on the device corresponds to the device’s audio channel. Determine this based on the LED indicators.
  5. If experiencing intermittent or stuttering sound during use, try restarting the transmitter device or Bluetooth headphones. Alternatively, delete all Bluetooth connections on your phone in receiver mode, restart your phone, and reconnect to the device.
  6. Do not place the device on metal objects or in front of TVs without obstructions. Do not open the cover or touch any internal components.
