7 days no reason to return

If you are not satisfied with the use of the machine within 7 days from the receipt of the logistics, if the machine is not damaged and the gift invoice is complete, the official mall supports return and exchange without reason, and the shipping fee is self-care.

①Custom orders such as radium carvings are not supported for unreasonable returns

②If the order is rejected due to your personal reasons, you will be responsible for the one-way shipping cost of the return, and the cost will be deducted from the order refund

③If the cash on delivery is rejected twice in a row due to non-Ayin reasons, it will be regarded as a malicious order, and the official mall will suspend the account

30 days quality problem replacement If the product has a non-artificial quality fault within 30 days after the purchase of the machine is signed by the logistics, you contact the online customer service to send back the replacement, please choose express delivery (confirm the machine problem and contact the customer service to pay you back the shipping fee).

One year warranty service

During the one-year warranty period from your express delivery, if there is a non-artificial quality failure problem, the Ayin official store provides a nationwide warranty service. If you contact the online customer service to return the replacement, please choose express delivery, and we will send the product after the repair issue.

Machines that fail due to customer modifications or other functions or equipment will not be accepted. In one of the following situations, repairs will be charged:

Consumers are damaged due to improper use, maintenance and storage;

Damage caused by disassembly by non-Ayin authorized service center personnel;

Damage caused by force majeure;

Failure to operate the machine as required by the manual;

Malfunctions, scratches or breakages caused by moving or falling.

How do users get invoices? The user places an order and confirms the payment and receives the goods. After confirming that there is no problem, contact the online customer service to issue an electronic invoice. The invoice can be used as the unit’s reimbursement voucher. Please fill in the correct invoice header when placing the order. Note: The invoice amount cannot be higher than the order amount.
