Q2: Does USB adapter support simultaneous connection of multiple devices? <\/span><\/p>\n

Q3: Why can’t the Bluetooth icon be displayed when inserting the host? <\/span><\/p>\n

A3: Check whether the Bluetooth switch is enabled. A4: When pairing your Bluetooth device with this product, first make sure that your Bluetooth device (Bluetooth headset\/mouse, etc.) has not been connected to the computer, and make sure that after they are turned on and enter the Bluetooth pairing state, they can be searched by the mobile phone.<\/p>\n

Q5: If the computer has Bluetooth function, can we use our Bluetooth adapter?<\/p>\n

A5: Yes. This Bluetooth adapter can solve the problem that the computer has no Bluetooth function or the computer Bluetooth version is too low. If the computer has Bluetooth function, you need to disable the Bluetooth in the system first, and then use the BT530 Bluetooth 5.3 adapter. Otherwise, the later inserted Bluetooth adapter will become a driver with an exclamation mark (driver exception).<\/p>\n

Disable built-in Bluetooth operation: Disable built-in Bluetooth in Device Manager (right click Disable driver) and reinsert the new Bluetooth adapter.<\/p>\n

Q6: Can it connect with PS\/XBOX\/Switch Pro and other game controllers?<\/p>\n

A6: Support the connection of XBOX ONES, PS controllers and Switch Pro game controllers. Some game controllers require the PC to install STEAM and other special platform apps<\/p>\n

Q7: Does the Bluetooth adapter support Android TV?<\/p>\n
